Open Settings > tap your name > Subscriptions > Peptix > Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.How do I restore a previous purchase?
Open Peptix and tap "Restore purchase" on the subscription screen. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.I was charged but the app shows no active subscription.
Tap "Restore purchase" in the app. If the issue persists, contact us at [email protected] with your Apple ID email.The app is not sending reminders.
Go to iPhone Settings > Notifications > Peptix and make sure notifications are enabled.How does the 14-day free trial work?
The free trial is available to new subscribers only. After 14 days, your subscription automatically renews at €0.99/month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. No charge is made during the trial period.Can I get a refund?
